Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Free Return Window

We want you to be fully satisfied with your heritage garments. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, garments must be unworn, unwashed, in original tags, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email our customer support team at returns@realstag.com with your order number. We will issue a complimentary pre-paid shipping label. Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for our workshop to inspect the returned garments.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund is processed back to the original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit or digital bank transfer option will be arranged by our support team.
