Order Tracking

Registered customers can track fulfillment milestones directly from the Orders section in their account. Each order shows whether it has been placed, packed, shipped, or delivered. Carrier, tracking number, and tracking link appear as soon as the shipment is recorded.

Delivery Changes

If your shipping address needs correction, contact us before the order is packed. Once a tracking number is issued, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be available.
